WEDDINGS

• $5,500 Wedding/event fee + tax. (June 15–September 15.)

• $4,000 Beach house rental for three nights – sleeps 14. (Additional nights $1,200 ea.)

• Extra beach house nights bill out at $1,200 ea.

• We allow 4 RVs at $100 per night. (No hook-up; must use own toilet.)

• Porta Potty rental (Friday–Monday)

• 30 guests or less, no potty. 

• 30–60 Guests: 1 potty $275

• 60–100 Guests: 2 potties $500

• 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• 50% due 90 days ahead non-refundable.

• Remaining balance 30 days ahead with the required permits. (Liquor license and event insurance.)

Cancellation policy: We may cancel a confirmed booking at any time due to a Force Majeure (including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, storm or other natural disasters, war, invasion, hostilities, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, health pandemic or interruption or failure of electricity, or septic) or other unforeseen circumstance that may make the property unsafe or unable to provide an appropriate level of service. Force Majeure cancellations are made at the discretion of Avalon by the Sea and allow for a full refund of any deposits made.
